We just got back from one week at Cherry. We had some newbies with us: my brother's family and the Screwtops. Highlights of the trip:
The 90 to 100+ degree weather the whole week
The Blue Gill Derby - the boys team won (Sam, Jack, Drew and Mikey)
Hike scrambling up Cherry Creek (aka the hike on the edge of the world)
Uncle B bringing two different sandals - one open toed and one closed toed
The carbon monoxide poisoning incident on the beach
The great hunt for the camping site which led Jim, Drew and Marty from the Boy Scout Camp to Mosquito Cove -- SCORE!
