One of the accomplishments Grace had while on limited activity was getting her drivers permit. With all her headaches, that was a HUGE accomplishment. But at the same time, she didn't really feel well enough to do much driving. Now that she is feeling headache free, she is driving more and more.
Yesterday she had her second of three 2 hour sessions with a professional driving instructor, which included driving on the freeway. And today, she drove the last 20 miles to the cabin....including up the New Priest Grade! It is amazing how fast she improves with practice. I wonder how many kids with permits have driven up the grade?!
