OOOOOMMMMMM

I just did my first yoga class at lunch today. The jury is still out on whether I liked it or not. You see....I am a bit torn. It did not seem like a very good workout....however, I did like the part when you lay on the floor with your eyes closed! And I liked the part when everyone in the class says "ooooommmmmmm" at the same time! It sounds sound melodic.
