While we take a long weekend getaway to the coast, Lydia had her own getaway with host Oprah. Oprah is a retired breeder from the East Bay. We dropped her off and they were quick friends. Oprah initiated a game of chase around the swimming pool while we held our breaths. After about the 3rd round about, Lydia decided to "cut the corner" on the pool and run right through it.
You know how that turned out! Jim had to fish her out of the pool as she struggled to stay afloat. She was fine and barely slowed down enough to let us towel her off.
