Last weekend, my mom and I took a holiday desserts cooking class. We made:* Pumpkin chiffon pie
* Apple gallette (a rustic french pie)
* Pumpkin cheesecake
I learned a bunch of new things, including how to make Swiss meringue - which is cooked to avoid eating raw eggs.
