Roasted Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower, trimmed into 1 inch florets
1 medium onion, chopped or sliced into rings
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 clove of garlic, crushed.

Preheat oven to 450.

Mix everything together and spread on large cookie pan.

Cook 30 to 35 minutes stirring occasionally, until tender and browned.

You can top with chopped chives if you want.
