My Kentucky relatives, Matt and Dave, were here for a visit and one of Matt's requests was to teach him how make pierogis. So Sunday afternoon we had a pierogi party! We made about 120 of them in about 2 hours. And then we cooked them up with some tri-tip, candied carrots and Caesar salad for dinner.
