Journaling

Grace and I took a Bird Watching Journaling class online this weekend.  It was super interesting because I don't know much about bird watching or journaling while bird watching.   While watching the class, I journaled the picture below to try out some of the concepts.

Then, when we went hiking, Grace journaled the plants and slug that she saw today.  I can see us using this technique for plants and animals and less for birds because I tend to look at plants more than birds.  I came home from the hike and ordered my own sketch journal!
