When we woke up Saturday morning, we had no water pressure in our bathroom sink. Jim got up and went around the house checking all the sinks and then walked out into the garage and said "uh oh"!
The water heater had sprung a leak - a leak of hot water - and the garage was like a sauna.
A few hours and a thousand dollars later and we had a brand new 100 gallon hot water heater!
