| Tongue Crib – An appliance used to prevent the tongue from thrusting forward | ||||
Gracie is getting a new orthodontic device next week: a tongue crib. It goes in the top of her mouth to prevent her tongue from pushing against her teeth. Her tongue is pushing so hard against the teeth that the orthodontist is not able to close her bite and finish the treatment. Hopefully this will work!
