After taking 6 months off of running to try to heal my plantar fascitis, I am back to running!!!!! I have run once a week for the last three weeks and so far so good! I don't run fast or far but I was thrilled when I went out and ran 2 miles without pain and without dieing!
My plan is to continue the cross training I am doing and just not go back to running everyday. It's too hard on this old body. But if I can run a couple times a week, I think it will satisfy my warped need to run. :-)
