It is a tradition on our family to go out for Sushi on our birthdays. And that includes the kids! This is dinner for Sam's 7th birthday. At the restaraunt we go to they celebrate birthdays with saki bombs. The person of honor has to stand on the chair and do saki bombs while the waiters sing and play music, disco balls and flashing lights are on and smoke billows around!
This is a pic of Sam doing his saki bombs (you have to stand on a chair) --- but for kids, it is sprite bombs!
This is also the first time Amelia had any chocolate cake and she LOVED it. She was holding the plate up and licking it!
