We got to Iceland at 6:30 am, got thru customs, picked up our car and headed towards the ferry to go to Vestmannaeyjabaer (V-Island).
On the way, we stopped at a bakery, a grocery store, a local shop and the first of the 100 waterfalls we saw.
We stayed up all day keeping ourselves busy having a picnic lunch, walking around town and up to the top of the volcano and eating dinner out.
On the ferry - we had a beautiful first day.
