The night before the Super Blood Blue Moon |
Early this morning, we were all pretty excited to see an event that last happened in 1866 and wouldn't happen again in our lifetime -- the super, blood, blue moon.
- Super moon is a moon that is closer to the earth than normal and 14% brighter.
- Blue moon is the second full moon in a month period time.
- Blood moon is a total lunar eclipse which gives a red tone to the moon.
G got up at 3 am and took pics for the next 2.5 hours. Luckily her new lens arrived the day before so she was ready to go. Below are two of the best.
