Gondola?

There has been a gondola type thing that goes over a creek close to the cabin.  This last time we were up there, we went down to the creek and noticed that there was a brand new cart/gondola.  We can't figure out what its for because there is nothing on the other side of the creek accept for downed trees and one dead deer!
